Northern Nevada and is the youngest of four children. Unbeknownst to her parents, she was already conceived in her mother’s womb when they adopted a seven-week-old baby boy who was born deaf. After graduating from high school floundered for many years trying to decide what to do with her life. Dabbling in art, philosophy and cultural geography courses, she accepted the dare to go to law school. Two years later she graduated from the University of Nevada Reno with a Bachelor of Science in Geography
and a minor in Philosophy. She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence at McGeorge Law School in Sacramento, California in 1999. Her first job out of law school was at the Rosebud Indian Reservation in Mission, South Dakota.
Finding the freezing temperatures and remote location to be beyond her liking, she moved to Nebraska and became a public defender. Eventually family beckoned her back home, and she returned to her roots in Northern Nevada where she worked as a public defender until she met her future husband, Tim. Tim, a resident of Idaho, refused to live in Northern Nevada. Once again Debra moved but this time it was to beautiful Idaho. During her life, Debra was drawn to help elderly people and people with disabilities. She has a deep respect for these two populations as most learned to live rewarding lives despite the limitations their bodies have imposed on them.
Debra has found working at C.K. Quade Law is a perfect fit between what she naturally does in her free time and what she does at the law firm, serving the people she deeply respects. She is a volunteer budget counselor at Nampa Love Inc, enjoys helping her neighbors, is an artist and a quilter.

Before entering legal practice, Amanda spent more than a decade evaluating public programs for the Idaho Office of Performance Evaluations. This experience gives her a deep understanding of how state government works and enables her to help clients navigate complex systems with practical solutions.
Amanda externed with the Idaho Office of Administrative Hearings, where she worked on matters involving statutory interpretation, public benefits eligibility, and agency decision-making. This experience provided her with a strong working knowledge of how legal rules are applied in state administrative proceedings—an asset for clients navigating long-term care, disability, and public benefits issues.
Amanda also represented clients through the Family Justice Clinic while in school. She advocated for survivors of domestic violence in protection order proceedings and parents in custody modifications. Amanda was recognized with the Spirit of the Clinic Award for her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to effective client service.
A lifelong Idahoan, Amanda lives in Meridian with her two children. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, supporting her kids’ culinary ambitions, and gardening.
